At SCS, we use this simple 3-part definition to help students learn to determine the difference between misbehavior and bullying. When trying to decide if someone is bullying your child, ask yourself:

1. Is the behavior purposeful?

2. Is the behavior repeated over time?

3. Is there an imbalance of power?
